To maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for all guests and staff, Kidlavie requires the use of specific anti-slip socks that meet our safety and hygiene standards.

1. Required Socks for All Guests

• Only Kidlavie-branded anti-slip socks purchased at the location are permitted inside all play areas and activity zones.
• No other socks (including non-slip socks from other brands or locations) are allowed, regardless of appearance or similarity.
• Socks must be worn at all times within designated indoor play zones.

2. Hygiene and Safety Standards

• Socks must be clean and in good condition upon entry.
• For safety, all socks must fully cover the foot.
• Bare feet are strictly prohibited in all play and dining areas.

3. Purchasing Socks

• Kidlavie anti-slip socks are available for purchase at the front desk and retail area.
• Multiple sizes are available to fit children and adults.
• Socks are reusable for future visits, provided they are clean and in good condition.

4. Exceptions

• Medical or disability-related exceptions must be approved by Kidlavie management prior to entry.
• Staff-specific footwear requirements are outlined in the Employee Handbook.

5. Non-Compliance

Guests who do not comply with the socks policy may be:

• Denied entry to play areas.
• Asked to purchase approved Kidlavie socks before participating in activities.
